Under the Patient Rights Regulation (Hasta Hakları Yönetmeliği), you have the following main rights at our polyclinic:

• To receive information you can understand about the procedure to be performed, its possible side effects and the alternatives
• To accept or refuse the treatment after being informed, and to withdraw your consent at any time
• To know the doctor and healthcare staff who will perform the treatment, and to choose your doctor
• To have your privacy respected and your health information kept confidential
• To examine your medical records and obtain a copy
• To receive care in a safe environment, with respect and attention
• To submit your comments, suggestions and complaints
